In Q2 2024, dragon enthusiasts on iOS in the US witnessed fluctuating fortunes for their favorite dragon-themed games. Sensor Tower provides insights into how these games fared in terms of downloads, revenue, and weekly active users.

Frost & Flame: King of Avalon by FunPlus International AG saw a revenue trend that peaked in the second week of April at over $500K before generally tapering off toward the end of the quarter. Downloads hit highs in early April and early May, with over 50K in the first week of May, while weekly active users gradually declined from 348K to 286K over the quarter.

Gram Games' Merge Dragons! experienced an upward revenue trend with a noteworthy spike to $381K in the last week of June. Downloads saw sporadic peaks, the highest being 77K in late April. Weekly active users showed resilience, climbing back to 196K in mid-June after a dip in early June.

Call of Dragons, from Farlight Games, had a revenue pattern with notable peaks in late May and late June, each time surpassing $300K. Downloads were most vigorous in late May and late June, with the latter reaching 56K. Weekly active users showed an overall upward trend, finishing the quarter stronger at 289K.

DianDian Interactive Holding's Dragonscapes Adventure brought in steady revenue, with a peak of $209K in mid-May. Downloads surged to a remarkable 302K in mid-May, and weekly active users hit a quarter high of 1.5M in the same period, though there was a slight drop-off toward the quarter's end.

Lastly, Dragon City - Breed & Battle! by Socialpoint showed a zigzag revenue pattern, with a notable peak of $215K in the third week of May. Downloads remained fairly consistent throughout the quarter, with a high of 121K in late April. Weekly active users remained above 2M for most of the quarter, ending with a slight uptick to 2.1M.
